No fuel,  call out fee  or  back to base fee if within 20 km from the base

No extra charge for stairs up to 1st floor of unit/apartment (but 2nd floor at each end will cost you extra $5 per hour, 3rd floor, extra $10 per hour),

Minimum 2 hrs charge for vans & 2.5 hrs for smaller trucks, 3.5 hrs min charge for big trucks
Charge in half hourly block after min hours

Policy on cancellation and reschedule
Cancellation fee of $130 apply should you cancel or reschedule the job for any reason within 3 days before the service date. Should you not pay, we'll take action which may effect your credit rating.
Policy on damages
All items much be checked by the customer while the removalists are still your property. If any damage is seen, claims can only be made while the removalists are still the delivery address. The claims will not be accepted after the removalists leave the delivery address.
